CPA | Big 4 | SEC & Technical Accounting

• CPA with 10 years of experience in accounting advisory and public accounting, specializing in financial reporting, technical accounting, and accounting leadership roles
• Currently operates at the manager level, focusing on financial reporting, monthly close and technical accounting
• Extensive experience preparing U.S. GAAP and SEC-compliant financial statements, disclosures, and related reporting schedules.
• Strong background in technical accounting standards implementation, including ASC 606 (revenue recognition), ASC 842 (leases), and conversions to and from IFRS-to-U.S. GAAP
• Experience with M&A transactions and carve-outs, including preparation of standalone financial statements, SEC filings, and other reporting
• Management of month-end and quarter-end close processes and improving accounting operations
• Demonstrated ability to improve accounting processes and systems, including redesigning close processes and supporting ERP transitions such as migrations to new accounting platforms
• Master of Science in Accountancy and Bachelor of Science in Accounting and is an active Certified Public Accountant
